About Sarah
Sarah was born in Minnesota and moved to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona. She received a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Dance. After the birth of her first child, she went back to school to become a nurse and specialized in postpartum nursing. She found a huge lack of resources for pregnant women struggling with mental health during pregnancy and postpartum. So she competed for and won the title of Mrs. Arizona America. She spent her year volunteering and spreading awareness on Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. After her year of service, she decided to pursue a Master's in Nursing. During her graduate program she was a Board Member with Tucson Postpartum Depression Coalition. She also has training through Postpartum Support International. When she graduated she started a private practice specializing in pregnancy and postpartum mental health. She is the mother of three children; two girls and a boy. Due to some personal traumas, she chose to leave nursing and move to Wyoming. She is now a pregnancy and postpartum certified coach.
